One large winch from an old military truck. Was PTO driven not electric but you could put an electric motor on it. This thing is a monster the trucks these things were on weighed about 20 tons loaded, it is set up to use a 3/4 inch cable and I have seen one of these winches snap a cable that size without even grunting or loading the engine up very much. Need to pull some stumps? move a house? this is what you need. One gallon paint can gives you an idea of the size of this thing it weighs allot, it is at least 100 pounds. It had a forward and revers lever but it got broken off. It could be used as is if you had a reversing motor on it. That is what I had planed to do with it but I just haven't gotten around to doing anything with it.
