This is a rare gem! 1973 Gulf Star trawler 36', beam 12', draft 3'. Twin Perkins diesel engines 4.236. One engine is working great and the boat traveled just fine from st Augustine to fort Pierce FL on it. The second engine isn't working and I haven't tried to fix it. It's probably an easy fix. This boat is a very comfortable live aboard with two cabins and a large salon in which I've placed a comfortable queen mattress and use as the master bedroom plus a cute kitchen outfitted with a new microwave, hot plate, medium sized fridge and electric kettle all new. There's a new hot water heater and the shower works great. There's a new toilet which only needs to be installed. The water pump is new, new batteries, new bilge pump. The boat comes with a lot of extra value such as three anchors, more than 200ft of working electrical cords, two water hoses, a portable bath tub, an ozone cleaner which prevents mold and more. The heater works great on the boat and I haven't tried the AC but use a window AC. The bottom has been regularly cleaned but not the prop so that needs to be cleaned. The generator isn't working and I haven't tried to fix it. These boats are full fiberglass hulls and they don't make them like they used to. It's survived all of the hurricanes since I've owned it as well as all of the hurricanes for the past 50 years and I'm sure it's going to continue to outlast many of us! It's a great size, a great boat and it's not going to be long on the market. Price is OBO.
