Catalina 27, strong hall and no soft spots anywhere no water damage anywhere .I have a extra set of sails with 2 hr of use and that was trying them out. The current sails are in great shape. There are so many extras that comes with the boat, flotation device, fire extinguisher the rubber dock guards lots of rope .The onboard 12 HP diesel motor runs great, needs the electrical run , currently directly wired from alternator to battery. Lots of maintenance recently done. New starter ,water pump , altanator. moter runs great! The inside is the only problem with this boat, the previous owner had renovation plans and started to pull out certain things, trimming and shelf rails but they are safe and stored properly. The original stove is present and working also the manual pump sink. The toilet is working. Clean title and bill of sale. Macanicly the boats great but the inside has cosmetic issues and is a project for someone looking to begin a life on the water. show contact info
