Airbnb Turnovers
* Up to $80 per property
* Pay varies based on property size and scope
Residential Cleaning
* $20 per hour
Outside Property Maintenance
* $15 per hour

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
* Provable Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties
* A valid Florida driver’s license
* A smartphone with texting and GPS capability
* Dependable attendance and punctuality
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail
* The physical ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds and perform cleaning and outdoor maintenance tasks
* Authorization to work in the United States
Relevant Experience
Experience in the following is preferred:
* Airbnb turnover cleaning
* Residential cleaning
* Outside property maintenance
