This listing is for 3 (three) ender 3 pro printers and a custom made filament drying box (4 roll capacity)
They were purchased, expensivley and extensivley upgraded for a project, for which they preformed quite well and now since the project has been completed, are no longer needed.
Great setup to start your own small print farm without spending a ton of money.
All three printers are identically equipped and can be demonstrated to heat both the bed and extruder, as well as moving in all three directions (X Y Z).
Please Note: prints and print quality are always subject to specific machine settings, the particular slicer chosen as well as the type and manufacturer of the fillament all make a difference.
The Drying box was constructed from the available materials and has twin internal heaters along with multiple circulating fams, includes a temp/humidity meter along with a temperature controller and can be seen working.
Upgrades to each printer include the following:
Upon initial assembly the frames were meticulously squared up with all screws torqued and locktited in position.
Additional frame corner braces were added, so these frameworks were never intended to be dismantled. (pickup only)
Conversion from 4 point leveling to 3 point leveling (so much easier to use)
Conversion to glass bed with clips
Conversion from springs to silicone pads
Conversion from wheels to parallel X and Y rails
Conversion to dual Z screws with dual stepper motors
Conversion from standard z screw bushings to twin zero lash z screw bushings (2 part units w/spring on each screw)
Conversion to steel belted drive belts (X and Y)
Conversion from burdan tubes to the expensive Sprite Direct Drive extruder with special CHT split channel nozzles
Conversion from 125 watt ps upgraded to 250 watt ps
Conversion from original power connector to heavy duty power connector
Conversion from plastic to metal adjustable X belt tensioner
Conversion from plastic to metal adjustable Y belt tensioner
Additions on each printer:
Sprite direct drive extruder
BLTouch for bed leveling
Large control knob (so much easier to use)
Paper holder on side for conviently setting nozzle height
While in use a filament Heater box was added with circulating fans, these keep filaments dry while printing (removable)
Ball bearing filament spool holder
2 have Hour meters, one failed and was not replaced (unused for a while so they may read zero)
2 heater boxes have installed humidity/temp sensors, one failed and was not replaced
Light bar with momentary and constant on switches (very convenient)
Bed wiring in cable chain
Custom made Sprite cable chain with quick and easy cable connection for easy sprite removal, a great feature since no complex twisting for cable removal as in the poorly designed original.
Aluminum heat sinks added to most stepper motors
Vibration absorbing feet with springs
Spare ball bearing fans for Sprite extruder
Wiring already in place for filament runout sensor (never used this)
Includes:
2 Scraper
2 Flush cutter
2 spare 4.2.7 good boxed mother boards with latest software flashed
2 Original assembly manual
2 Original usb sd drive
1 Original tools
1 Original spool mount
2 Original Sprite cable clip (hard to use and replaced by the Custom Cable chain)
3 power cables
3 boxes glass beds (approx 8) not all perfect, some new
3 point leveling code
3 filament runout sensors (I could never get these to work properly)
misc parts
Misc Spare cable chain parts
misc spool to support parts
Misc Original wiring
3 Original bed Adjustment wheels should you wish to return to 4 point leveling

Also included are several partial rolls of filament, which even though sealed in vacuum bags, will most likely require drying as they were started a while ago.
