Located in the heart of Jupiter, The Twisted Tuna is one of the area's busiest and most popular restaurants, serving thousands of guests each week. We're seeking a talented sushi professional who takes pride in quality, consistency, presentation, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty menu items
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
Manage prep, inventory, and station organization
Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
Collaborate with kitchen management and team members
Qualifications:
Previous sushi chef experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Weekend and holiday availability preferred
