I purchased this generator a couple of years ago to use on my towable camper. I had originally purchased a Honda the same size but it would not handle the job with the a/c going. The Generac did the job with everything on in the house including the 13,000 btu a/c going. At first I mounted it on the rear bumper of the travel trailer (it only weighs 75 lb.), then when I wanted to use it for tailgating and power tools, I simply placed it in the covered bed of my truck with the tail gate open and when done sut it off threw the power cord in and closed the tail gate. It starts the first time every time and is nice and quiet. I probably have not used it more than 20 or 30 hours.I no longer have a use for it as I have a home generator and no RV to use it in. I should mention that it will handle everything that you need for those short time power outages in your home during storms, etc. You can purchase the exact generator at Lowes for $918.73 + tax (total of $983.04 but I am not sure that includes the power cord..another $50.00??
If you don't want to wrestle around a couple hundred pound generator when you can get about the same results with this generator you will probably wish you had considered checking into this little guy whether you want it for RV or home use!!!
