Good quality heavy duty full-sized Futon with storage drawers underneath and trays on the sides. The previous mattress has been replaced with a brand new thick mattress (paid $200 just for the mattress)! Includes a zip around mattress protector. Length is: 87" long (with the side trays up, 97" long). From a clean home; no smokers, no pets. Buyer will need to transport, though it can be partially disassembled with basic tools to allow for easier transportation.
