This Queen Sofa Sleeper is being sold because of a remodel. Each cushion and trim piece of fabric are coated with a stain protector and may be unzipped from the cushion, machine washed, and returned to the cushion. The Queen sleeper is easily opened and the 6 inch mattress has always had a mattress cover when used for sleeping. It is a custom built very sturdy sectional that has many years ahead. Non-smokers.
