I’m 26 years old and currently separating myself from a toxic situation while focusing on protecting everything I’ve worked hard to build. I have a solid, well-paying job and regularly work 100+ hours, so stability, peace, and a safe environment are extremely important to me.
I also run a youth sports program and stay very active in the community. My time is spent working, mentoring kids, and building something positive, so I’m looking for a place where I can continue doing that without unnecessary drama or distractions.
I’m specifically looking for a private apartment, house, or efficiency with no shared living spaces. I have children, but they will not be living with me full-time. However, when they do stay with me, I want them to be comfortable and have a safe place to visit their dad.
I’ve never had my own place before, so I don’t have prior rental history, but I do have steady income, no criminal record, and a strong work ethic. The biggest challenge I’m facing is coming up with large upfront move-in costs while balancing my work schedule and current hotel expenses.
I’m clean, respectful, reliable, and take pride in doing things the right way. I’m simply a man trying to build a better future for himself and his children, knowing how easy it is to make the wrong choices and choosing every day to make the right ones.
