I am an older person looking for a small place to rent. I do have a senior Boston Terrier/Chihuahua mix who is housetrained and very sweet. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. Paying my rent is no problem. I can afford $600 per month. Also, I would need something on the ground floor level with no stairs or steps. I would like to move in the first week of June. Thank you.
