Now Hiring: Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Lifestyles Management Group, Inc.
Lifestyles Management Group is seeking a dependable, motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at a waterfront high-rise condominium community in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Schedule:
* Monday through Friday
* 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (20 hours per week)
Pay:
* $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities Include:
* General building and grounds maintenance
* Light janitorial duties
* Swimming pool maintenance
* Basic irrigation system repairs
* Minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
* Assisting with preventive maintenance and property inspections
* Responding to routine maintenance requests
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional community appearance
Qualifications:
* Some technical maintenance experience is preferred
* Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
* Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the maintenance field
