We are looking for a friendly outgoing individual with basic repair and maintenance skills.
Hour are flexible, but will be Monday through Friday somewhere between 8 am and 5 pm.
Ideal candidates should possess these skills, however some training is available as well.
- painting
- drywall and masonry patching
- low voltage electrical (primarily landscaping lighting)
- out door irrigation work
- general grounds clean up and light janitorial from time to time
- organized and task oriented
- basic heavy equipment testing and checklist maintenance
- good eye at spotting developing issues, or items in need of maintenance
- experience with concrete restoration is a huge plus, but not required.
- basic hospitality skills, and ability to politely communicate with residents a huge plus
You would be working directly under the property manager.
Most work would be pulled off of daily task checklists, with the other half being work order requests and minor resident requests. Most of the work is done indoors.
Starting pay is $18 to $20 a hour DOE.
