Neptune Nursery is seeking an experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead our installation crews.
We are looking for a dependable leader who can manage a crew, maintain high-quality workmanship, and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise landscaping crews on residential and commercial projects
* Read and execute landscape plans
* Oversee installation of sod, plants, trees, and palms
* Coordinate irrigation and pump installations
* Install landscape fabric, weed mat, edging, and hardscape materials
* Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company standards
* Train and motivate crew members
* Operate and supervise the use of landscaping equipment and machinery
* Communicate effectively with customers and management
Qualifications:
* Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
* Knowledge of landscape installation and hardscape construction
* Ability to manage a team and solve problems in the field
* Experience operating skid steers, loaders
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
