Looking for an experienced landscaper or yard crew to do a major cleanup and clearing of an overgrown corner lot.

📋 WORK NEEDED:
• Remove and haul away overgrown bushes and brush throughout the property
• Clear dense vegetation along the front, sides, and rear of the house
• Trim/elevate small trees and large trees (raise canopy) so the lot is visible and open from the street on both the front and side
• Clear out the back area to create a usable backyard space
• General debris cleanup and haul-away
• Goal is to open up the lot so it can be seen from both street sides and have a functional backyard

Buscamos un jardinero o cuadrilla con experiencia para hacer una limpieza y desbroce importante de un lote en esquina muy crecido.

📋 TRABAJO A REALIZAR:
• Remover y llevarse arbustos y maleza de toda la propiedad
• Despejar la vegetación densa al frente, a los lados y en la parte trasera de la casa
• Podar/elevar árboles pequeños y grandes (levantar el dosel) para que el lote sea visible y abierto desde la calle por el frente y los lados
• Limpiar la parte de atrás para crear un patio trasero utilizable
• Limpieza general y retiro de escombros y desechos
• El objetivo es abrir el lote para que se pueda ver desde ambas calles y tener un patio trasero funcional
