We are a growing HVAC Company in Tequesta looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Answer phone calls and maintain communication with customers, technicians, vendors and management through multiple communication methods
Schedule and dispatch technicians for appointments
Process paperwork, invoices, and data entry
Manage parts ordering, deliveries and warranty claim processing
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Prior office or administrative experience preferred
