Position: Office Assistant / Service Writer Assistant
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting the service writer with scheduling, estimates, and customer communication
Answering phones and greeting customers in a professional, welcoming manner
Maintaining accurate records and invoices
Helping with parts orders and vendor follow-ups
Keeping the front office organized and efficient
