I have been working as a genetic disease awareness educator and testing provider. At DTDP, I worked as the only office administrator. This is a family owned business that’s extremely busy day to day. Being the first contact with our customers, rather that be through our marketing campaigns, sales efforts and all incoming calls, my customer service skills are excellent. We are contracted with home warranty companies like American Home Shield and big box stores like Lowes. I schedule all appointments and make sure customers have exceptional customer service, all products and equipment ordered and on time and our plumbers are where they need to be when they need to be there. I use several different software programs simultaneously. Including external CRM from Lowes, AHS & Sears. Housecall Pro, Quickbooks, Salesforce and Zara, Zoho and the full Microsoft Office Suite. I left after getting married and moving here, to Vero Beach.

Duties included overseeing all day-to-day operations in this mobile medical diagnostic company. Worked as head of HR, PR, marketing and sales in my midwest division. Duties included maintaining close relationships with leaders of our existing accounts as well as all aspects of business development and revenue growth. Traveled the Midwest to meet with CEO's, Administrators, and decision makers in the nursing home industry. Conducted all in-services, presentations, and contract negotiations. In office, maintained all day-to-day operations overseeing a home staff in Chicago as well as my local staff, which included x-ray technicians, cardiologists and radiologists. Also handled dispatch, called existing and potential clients, and dealt with heavy amounts of problem solving. As head of PR, it was my job to keep everyone happy from the staff, to the company owners, to the clients. My division was sold to a forgein corporation. I took severance.
