We’re a busy, growing nursery and landscape supply business looking for a reliable, hardworking sales associate who loves plants and loves helping customers. If you show up ready to work, enjoy a fast-paced yard, and can handle a Florida summer, we want to meet you.
What you’ll do:
• Help wholesale & retail customers find the right plants, palms, sod, mulch, soil, and materials for their projects
• Put together and check orders accurately for pick ups and deliveries
• Run the register and handle transactions
• Keep the yard and displays stocked, organized, and looking sharp (this includes helping take care of plant material)
• Pitch in wherever the day takes you — this is a hands-on, all-hands job
What we’re looking for:
• Reliable and punctual — you show up on time, every shift, including weekends
• Comfortable working outdoors in the heat
• Genuinely good with customers — friendly, patient, and helpful
• Able to juggle several things at once when it gets busy
• Comfortable with a register, a computer, and a smartphone
• Florida plant and palm knowledge a big plus (or a real eagerness to learn)
• Takes direction and feedback well and works as part of a team
Schedule: Includes weekend availability.
Pay: $18-$20/hr depending on experience
