I have a 3 br house that has an available furnished Mother-in-Law Suite with private entrance, private bathroom, kitchenette that has everything EXCEPT the kitchen sink!
The room has it’s own refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven, and a George Foreman, dishes etc. Good ATT fiber-optic WiFi is available. Utilities included. This room always goes FAST!!
Move in with only $1260 for first month, then $960 for each following month. Or $560 for first week rent, then $260 for each following week.
Please note **BACKGROUND CHECK will be done and photo ID is required.
A handy man is preferred, but not necessary, who has skills and can do some occasional quality handyman work around the house would be awesome.

and not to waste your time or my time:
-Please have your own transportation, I am not your Uber, be reliable, respectful and have steady income, social security or disability is fine.
- I am not a smoker, 420, nor a vaper, but I’m OK with respectful smoking. I have ashtrays outside. I do enjoy an occasional glass of wine or cocktail, but EXCESSIVE or SLOPPY DRINKING, ALCOHOLICS, STONERS, DRUGS will NOT BE TOLERATED. I’m TIRED of dealing with that mess!!!
-My brother occupies the 2nd bedroom, he’s quiet, cool, and minds his own business.
-Big ego’s, bad attitudes, vulgar language, cocky smart assses, and asssholes need NOT apply, I’ve had enough of them too!!! Negativity is a VIRUS! I keep a peaceful harmonious home here, as I’ve had mostly great roommates, some have even stayed as long as 4 1/2 years, and some have come back 4 times.
**please note: A/C is set on a constant average 77, typically 78 in the winter depending, and 77 or 76 in the summer. If this is not cold enough, please skip this ad, lower A/C is too cold for me.
