House to SHARE. Not just a room for rent.
I am single male, 59, but female roomie so daughter (16) can visit without staying with another guy. NOT looking for a date.
Please no comments about how I prefer a female roomie. If you had a teen daughter that you want to be able to visit, you'd understand.

$1600.00 covers rent, all utilities, cable, etc....everything. It is less than 1/2 of the cost of the place.

Your bedroom is big, 11' x 18'. It has double sliding doors that go out to the covered rear patio and French doors leading to the main hall in home.

I do have a dog. Friendly, furry, 6 year old Husky-Shep mix. Like me, he is only home after 9pm at night, and some weekends. We travel a lot.
