Gated community.I have a furnished bedroom for rent in my home. Share bathroom. You can share the house with me. You can use the kitchen as long as you clean up. Washer and dryer. Central air. Patio area to sit outside. Parking in driveway.
Very nice. The gated community comes with a pool, hot tub, workout room, pool table, darts room, tennis courts, dog park, and 2 lakes with fishing. 1 mile from I-95 and 11 miles to the beach. Nice quiet, friendly neighborhood. Looking for someone friendly, trustworthy, verifiable job and good credit. You can smoke outside but not in the house. Small/lap dogs ok.
