This light weight generator is ideal for general use to do construction, use on a pull type trailer, tailgating at the football game, etc. It weighs 75 pounds and is easy to move around. I previously had a Honda the same size but it would not handle an air conditioner or heavy tools. This little generator is sold at Lowes for just under $1000.00 new. This one has 67 hours on it and is like new and starts first time every time. It could be used for the occasional power outages at home and would handle about everything you need except central air..I have used it on a 13 thousand btu a/c which the Honda would not handle. I used it on my pull type camper and it did a great job handeling everything including the air conditner
