Built 2 years ago and never used, camping just wasn't in my cards. Trailer is in perfect shape, thougha 2009 has only made 1 trip to South Dakota, then kept under roof.
Cold AC, 2-way power vent fan.
Features include a sink with city water hook-up and included 12v pump (5 gal. tank)
Private bathroom has new porta toilet, shower, and power vent.
Celling lighting, outdoor light and sink light.
4 person dinette that converts to 65x44" bed with storage under each seat.
Inside measurements are 6' h x70"w x163" long.
Power is 12v vehicle hook up and 120v campsite hook up also w/ 12v converter
