I am a professional who is on my laptop from morning to night or emailing on my phone (that is currently broken) I am marketing right now and expect to be paid very soon hopefully. Currently I receive SSI for hearing from loud noise when I was an adolescent and teenager, I wasn't born with it though I am required to wear hearing aids and because of that I am only able to own a business and not work for someone who would have to give me instructions daily. I have proof of income and if a 6-month lease was signed and I was paid for any of the companies I'm trying to start I could cover the remaining amount of rent for the months that were in the lease even if I moved and you were able to rent the place to another renter.

I am clean, quiet, and very respectful of those who are respectful too. I am middle aged; I have no children. I don't drink or anything of the sort. I have no pets, overnight guests. If I'm there longer than a couple months, I might ask to have a puppy, if possible, (not a requirement). I could pay $830 a month. I would have the first month's rent on January 1st.
