The Opportunity
This is not transactional recruiting. This is consultative.
You will:
Build relationships with financial advisors across the country. Understand what they actually want (culture, compensation, autonomy, growth) Match them with opportunities that genuinely fit
Guide them through interviews and negotiations
Close placements that change careers — and your income
This role rewards maturity, follow-through, and competitive drive. If you are effective, you will see it reflected directly in your commission.
