Used but in good shape, it's all there. Used it to cut some crown molding and works great, now sits in a closet and I have no plans to use it soon. Make an offer, but I won't give it away as it's still useful to me. Stored indoors. I got it from Lowes, if i remember correctly it was around $500 new.
