1956 Powermatic model 100 12" planer with new Shelix head, bearings and belts. I've owned this jointer since 2018 and have loved it. I ordered a shelix head for it and during the wait I picked up a 13" Delta 22-101 planer and swapped it to Shelix at the same time. Once they were both running I've mostly used the Delta and this Powermatic has sat in the corner. I don't think it has 30 minutes of planing use on it since it's been swapped.
It's currently sitting on the non original base that it came on when I bought it and it works well on there. I did track down an original base for it as I was going to restore the machine fully, and I'll include it with the sale. The original base needs some TLC as you can see.
Motor is a 1hp 1960 Century 1hp, single phase 220v that probably weighs 80lbs and runs perfectly.
This is a great little planer that's ready to go to work in your shop today. The only reason I'm selling is I really need the space having recently downsized my shop.
See my other listings, I also have a 1944 Oliver 144 8" jointer for sale and a Delta 22-201 18" planer for sale.
