EXPERIENCED WELL-ROUNDED CONSTRUCTION WORKER WANTED
Looking for an experienced construction worker who knows multiple trades and can work on residential remodeling projects.
Must have solid experience with:
* Framing
* Drywall
* Tile
* Finish carpentry / trim
* Doors and windows
* Basic plumbing
* Basic electrical
* Demo, prep, repairs, and punch-out work
This is not for someone who only knows one small part of the trade. I need someone well-rounded who can think, problem-solve, and work without constant supervision.
Requirements:
* Must have all of your own tools
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must show up on time
* Must be dependable
* NO drugs
* Must take pride in clean, quality work
Full-time work available for the right person.
