Strong leadership and organizational skills required
Responsibilities include:
Lead and coordinate a team of 9 carpenters
Manage subcontractors and daily jobsite operations
Keep projects supplied, organized, on schedule and moving efficiently
Maintain high-quality workmanship and professionalism
Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and project staff
Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Professional appearance and communication skills
