As Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily service coordination, client communication, assisting Foreman on scheduling, job tracking, operator, and internal team support to ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Room for advancement based on performance.
Compensation
Your compensation will be as follows:
Base Salary / Hourly Rate: $[65,000.00]+
Pay Schedule: [Bi-Weekly]
Retention Bonus Available
There is a 90 Day Trial Period.
PTO: You receive 2 weeks of employment for PTO will start recurring after 90 days of employee.
Position Responsibilities
As Pool Construction Supervisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Supervising daily pool construction operations and field crews
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
Maintaining project schedules and ensuring timely completion
Ensuring workmanship meets CoastLife Pools quality standards
Managing jobsite safety and cleanliness
Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
Reviewing plans, layouts, elevations, and specifications
Assisting with troubleshooting field issues and project logistics
Monitoring material usage and protecting company assets
