I am a Project Manager working with a busy General Contractor seeking to build a reliable network of experienced subcontractors for upcoming residential and commercial projects throughout Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach counties, with out-of-state opportunities available for those who are interested.
This is project-based subcontract work, not guaranteed daily or full-time employment. We regularly manage multiple projects simultaneously and are looking for dependable trade partners who can consistently deliver quality work while helping us keep projects on schedule.

Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in your trade
Current license for licensed trades
General Liability Insurance
Workers’ Compensation coverage or valid exemption
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable transportation
Professional tools required for your trade
Ability to work independently while maintaining quality, productivity, and deadlines
Strong communication and professionalism on the job
