We are a local construction group specializing in screen enclosures, concrete, pavers, and pool installations. As we expand our above-ground pool division, we are looking to partner with reliable, experienced Deck Building Subcontractors to build custom pool surrounds.
We have a steady pipeline of customers and handle the pool installations; we need you to handle the deck builds from permitting to final inspection.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a true partnership with a skilled subcontractor. You bring the craftsmanship and the ability to pull the necessary permits, and we bring a consistent stream of ready-to-build above-ground pool projects.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Permitting: You must have the proper licensing to pull your own structural/deck permits in Indian River County and surrounding municipalities.
Construction: Build high-quality, code-compliant wood or composite decks tailored to our above-ground pool installations.
Site Management: Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment for the homeowners, leaving the site completely restored after your build.
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensing & Insurance: Active license capable of pulling deck permits, plus general liability insurance.
Experience: Proven track record of building durable, custom decks (above-ground pool deck experience is a massive plus).
Transportation & Tools: Must have your own work truck, tools, and crew (if applicable) to complete the jobs efficiently.
Reliability: You communicate schedules clearly, show up when you say you will, and stand behind the quality of your work.
