Location: Indian River / Brevard County
Pay: ($22–24/hr)
Licensed pool and outdoor living contractor is hiring a dependable crew member for steady, year-round work — not seasonal, not feast-or-famine. We keep our good people busy.
The work is a mix:
Building wood decks
Installing above-ground pools
Concrete work — digging footers, forming, flatwork
This is real physical labor. You'll be on a shovel a good part of the day. If you take pride in doing it right and show up reliably, there's room to grow into more responsibility and better pay over time.
What we need:
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation to work
Someone who shows up on time, every day
Most have Florida Construction experience so we know you can work outside in the heat.
Construction, concrete, or pool experience a plus (not required if you're a hard worker willing to learn)
Pay: $22–24/hour depending on experience, with room to grow.
Start date: Looking to put the right person to work Monday.
