Seeking hands-on assistant with a genuine interest in wood staining and finishing. While someone midlevel is preferred, this would be a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s done some staining, or woodworking and wants to learn more in a skilled trade environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Help with prep: sanding, taping for wood
• Assist with staining
• Keep work areas clean and tools maintained
• Learn proper finishing techniques from experienced team
• Follow safety procedures and work standards
Who We’re Looking For:
• Someone with staining, or woodshop experience
• Strong work ethic, good attitude, and attention to detail
• Comfortable using tools, taking direction, and working independently or in a small crew
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and be on your feet for hours
Extra Points If You Have:
• Experience with wood finishing, cabinetry, or furniture restoration
• Familiarity with brushes, rollers, and spray systems
• Automotive paint experience is a plus
