Sturdy 5ft x 10ft drop ramp utility trailer. Excellent tires with spare mounted on rim, almost new lights, recently greased hubs, and hitch and jack stand in good shape. All wood planks recently treated with wood protectant but two planks really need to be replaced. Has been used only sparingly, only a couple times per year. Pulls good and rides smoothly.
