### **1. MAIN FOCUS: Remote Dispatchers**
Your main mission is to **maximize the full potential and profitability of every single unit on the road.**
* **Experience Required:** Routing trucks for household goods (HHG), organizing digital files to meet **DOT guidelines**, and using Adobe for E-Signing BOLs.
* **Tasks:** Accepting JAF from partner companies, puzzle-piecing long-distance routes, and maximizing truck capacity.
* **Bonus:** Existing connections in the moving industry is a major plus!
* Must be an expert in **Granot** to audit files, track jobs, and manage the workflow seamlessly.
* Must be comfortable navigating **Granot** to quote, book, and follow up with leads efficiently.
