We have a sales / corporate office in South Florida, we are in the process of leasing a new office/yard in Columbus Ohio and have secured parking in South Florida with a short-term goal of building a small team of 65+ dry van fleet running Midwest and Southeast lanes. As our fleet grows, we will eventually invest in a shop in both the Columbus OH and South Florida market. This is a growing operation... not a finished product. The owner is extremely hands-on, has driven trucks himself, and still steps in when needed, whether that’s running freight or working directly with customers, drivers, freight agents, and the office team.

HOME TIME STRUCTURE:

Weekly home time in core regions when freight allows. Drivers typically see 1.5 days at home per week worked, based on the lane schedule selected, preferred miles, and operational needs. Home-time schedules are planned around lane structure, driver home-time preferences, income goals, freight availability, and other common operational variables inherent to over-the-road trucking. Schedules are coordinated in advance and may vary by assignment as freight patterns and lane requirements evolve.

REQUIREMENTS:
🎂 Minimum Age: 21 years old (or as required by insurance). Most of our current drivers have 5-10+ years of experience.
📅2+ Years Minimum Driving Experience: We prefer drivers to have 5+ years experience, unless approved by manager.
🏥Valid Medical Card: All drivers are required to complete a medical exam prior to employment.
🚔Clean Record: Minimum 2+ years with no serious violations, 5+ years with no caused accidents, 10+ years no DUI/DWI
💪🏼Strong Solo Driver: All drivers should be able to run a minimum 2500-3500 miles every week.
💪🏼Load Securement: All drivers should be able to secure 3x-5x loads per week according to DOT.

💲 90-Day Guarantee: This period of time will serve as a mutual probationary period for us to learn about you as a professional over the road truck driver and for you to learn our operation. Drivers who decide on mileage pay are guaranteed $1,500/week during this period as long as safety, availability, and service expectations are met.
That said, we want to be upfront: This is trucking. It’s not perfect. There will be challenges that come with growth. Schedules may shift. Home time may occasionally adjust by a day or two.
