We're a roof tile loading company serving roofing contractors
across Martin and St. Lucie Counties. We get the right material
on the right roof — safely, cleanly, and on time — so roofing
crews can work without delays.
We run a tight, professional operation. If you're reliable,

THE POSITION
----------------------------------------------------------------
This is a LEAD role — not just a driving job.
You'll drive a 10-speed tractor-trailer hauling a telehandler
and a crew of 3–4 roof loaders between job sites daily. Once
on site, you operate the telehandler to load tile onto
residential and commercial rooftops while your crew handles
the manual labor under your direction.
Routes change every day. You'll typically run 1–4 job sites
across the county per shift. You're the face of J&J on every
site — communicating with contractors, homeowners, your crew,
and dispatch throughout the day.

A TYPICAL DAY
----------------------------------------------------------------
5:00–6:00 AM Report to company yard. Pre-trip inspection on
truck and telehandler. Brief your crew and review
the day's route with dispatch.
En Route Drive to first job site hauling the telehandler
and crew.
On Site Photograph site conditions before starting.
Operate telehandler to load tile per contractor
specs. Direct your crew throughout the job.
Wrap-Up After photos, report any issues to dispatch
immediately. Protect the property before leaving.
Repeat Up to 3 more sites depending on the day.
Work until dispatch is complete.
End of Day Return to company yard. Typical shift is
10–12 hours. You're home every night.

REQUIREMENTS
----------------------------------------------------------------
- Valid CDL-A (Class A ONLY — Class B will not be considered)
- Current CDL Medical Card
- Clean MVR — no DUI, reckless driving, or suspensions
- Comfortable driving a 10-speed in residential areas
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Smartphone for documentation app (your own device is fine)
- Able to work 10–12 hour days outdoors in Florida conditions
NO TELEHANDLER EXPERIENCE NEEDED — WE WILL TRAIN YOU.
If you have your CDL-A, a clean record, and the right
attitude, we'll put you through equipment training.
Bilingual English/Spanish speakers strongly encouraged

PAY & BENEFITS

Pay Rate: $22–$26/hr based on experience
Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
Start Time: 5:00–6:00 AM at company yard
Shift Length: 10–12 hours (home every night)
PTO: Paid time off + holiday pay
Training: Telehandler training provided
